Experience summary

Reporting that supports better decisions

I redesigned a labor-intensive weekly reporting process using AI-assisted Excel VBA to standardize payer and service categories. Preparation fell from six staff-hours to 30 minutes, allowing the team to examine patient volumes, service utilization, and staffing alongside financial performance.

Original code and organizational data are not included in this portfolio.

Experience summary

Clinical standards embedded in workflows

I implemented measurement-based care workflows, coached managers, and developed AI tools to support review of assessments, care plans, and progress notes against organizational standards and evidence-based practices. Clinical judgment and human review remain essential.

Clinical depth with operational ownership

My experience includes executive leadership within an organization of approximately 120 employees and more than $12 million in annual revenue, remote crisis-service leadership, Medicaid utilization review and appeals, clinician development, and research coordination.

I hold a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and a B.A. in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill. I am a North Carolina Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.
